Solution
We executed a multi-method research study that delivered both qualitative and quantitative data and insights on the ergonomics and passenger behaviors for the flying vehicle. Findings were delivered to the product and engineering teams through workshops and a formal report.

Ergonomics, ingress, baggage
We conducted multiple rounds of research to inform:
- How passengers step in and out of the aircraft
- Reactions to varying window sizes
- Comfort with varying seat materials and seat belt designs
- Baggage expectations, limits, weights, and sizes

Anchoring on real people
We designed personas to bring the data and insights to a central foundation. We used this tool to build empathy throughout teams for the real people who would be passengers of the vehicles we were designing.
